Pros
Relaxed environment compared to most Government work. Excellent opportunities to get out into the parks and meet the public. Many chances to perform duties outside of your job description.
Cons
Too much back-stabbing. Leadership is WEAK, and only looking out for themselves and not their employees or employees best interest! Despite past agency history and directives from the Governor's Office, always looking to expand the agency's portfolio.
