The pay was low for entry level, so had to look at other opportunities after a cycle. Wish there was more opportunity for growth

Very good work culture. People are open minded to diversity and different political opinions. Connected with volunteers to really build a community centered on action.

Long work hours, if you want a social life campaigns are rough.
