Great hard working people; work with minimal supervision; not a lot of micromanaging. Amazing benefits and paid time off.
Cons
The workload is about triple what should be alotted per person. The pay is okay, a little on the low side, and despite great reviews, raises are rarely given. The workload can be stressful.
