      Not pros. Small scale start up company.

      Cons

      Company running by politics not fair policy. Toxic work environment background by HR department and management. Forced to extend working hours on regular basis with no pay. Zero work life balance. All the decisions is taken by one person in company and growth is for boot lickers. Management Decisions are made based on selfish and self-serving interest for certain individuals.

      Good Enviornment. Good People and Management. All are supportive. Irrespective of their roles they take suggestion from everyone.

      No Cons as of now. But we can increase the salary of employees and interns.
