Arittek is a great place to grow and an even amazing place if you are in the starting of your career as they focus alot on the quality of products they build. Therefore they make sure to train there employees. Besides from that the java team there is fantastic as the team lead is also a very great person from whom you can learn alot. The CEO of arittek is also a very jolly and friendly person. NOT the typically rude ignorant type.

Even though I have had a great time working at arittek solutions but still no company is perfect. There have been times when they have not fulfilled there promises of increments and bonuses and even sometimes delaying salaries.

Timely provide salary and supportive CEO
