      Hybrid ( 2 days work from home ) Cab facility (@ 50% price ) Free Breakfast and snacks, Subsidised lunch

      Cons

      Bonus not given as in offer letter. Too much of documentation and hectic schedule Need to work 12 hours a day to complete tasks Employees get promoted based on their relation with manager. Mostly they have no idea on math models. Full of office politics.

      Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

      Cons

      Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.
