      Good food, free breakfast, my team was very good.

      Cons

      - Mass layoffs on 8th June. - No job security. I had been laid off after 4 years of service without any prior intimation. - Indian leadership have no control over decision making, they only follow orders.

      Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

      Cons

      Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.
