Pros
"Best company ever" sounds a little much, right?! Let me tell you why I say that. We're in fintech and that's cool and fun. We are a bunch of pretty smart people who enjoy spending time together while solving difficult problems. No one/no company is perfect, and we never profess to be. But what we are is open, honest, and ready to admit mistakes. We try things, get feedback, pivot and try again. We are determined to not repeat / re-create the hierarchical inefficiencies of our pasts. We're learning through it all, having fun, and creating an awesome product that serves a customer need. And that at the end of the day is what makes for an awesome day and career!

Hard to say....because no where is perfect! There's nothing that stands out to me as a "con" per say!
