They treat their employees well, and when you are with a client company, you feel like you are at home--only the color of the badge is different. That can be a plus, because the contractor can remain isolated from a lot of client company politics. The company small, and the owners work at least as hard as you do.

if one division of the company is struggling, every division may feel it. Nothing to worry about, they make it right. Just be aware that they are fair, closely held, watchful, frugal, successful, and hold to the numbers.
