It's good place to do work

Can be tedious at times

The company is constantly changing/evolving to make sure that they are ahead of their game and to do this they actively encourage staff for their suggestions and feedback. This is all done electronically so that you can see how your feedback/suggestion is being reviewed/dealt with all the way through to implementation, I have never worked for a company before that takes staff suggestions so seriously. You are expected to work hard but you do get rewarded for that, whether that is just them ordering in Pizza for lunch, a staff BBQ or a bonus. So if you are used to sitting back and having an easy job then this is defo not the company for you!

The turnover for staff is a bit high but that is because the MD would often give people a chance to prove themselves, most of the time they would prove to be untruthful or not willing to work hard. Because of the industry they operate a lot of new starters assume it would be like an adults version of working at Disney Land; the reality is that it is not. There are KPI's and targets to hit, just like any other company. So these staff would often not last long as no matter how much support is given it is very hard to change ingrained attitudes and behaviours.
