      They are so afraid of a bad news, they will let anyone stay forever. No matter how incompetent.

      Two of the most capable execs just left, followed by layoff, followed by cost cutting, followed by big prospect loss.

      Knowledgeable co-workers. Some times work with other departments but not much as would like. PTO and benefit are great

      Cons

      Need to get processes in place for helping new team members of the same team more and streamline work. Share knowledge better. Need to communicate between departments better as a company.
