Pros
Is a good place to start your career, you can learn a lot for 1-2 years. There are a lot of people in the company so it can also help you develop some network. The work environment is not stressful.
Cons
After 2 years things don't grow anymore. There are no real raises, just some extra money to keep up with inflation. Way too many conflicts between people, and in general not a pleasant place to work in. Management is quite bad and outdated, the lower level employees are blamed for leaders poor decisions. The level of respect for a junior is quite low.
