Work from home, office supplies paid. Company paid travel, both locally and internationality. Customers and interesting. Work with developers to enhance the product. Technical challenges are bountiful. Admin staff are helpful.
Cons
It's a sales job, even if you get hired as an engineer. Total self management (with a hint of management), when asking for help or forced management intervention the projects can become tedious, verbose and sometimes pointless, because you asked and had a good idea, you are punished Documentation is everywhere, but badly planned and executed, so useless, asking management to fix would result in a death sentence.
