Pros
I really enjoy working here. The company has a great culture that encourages collaboration and outside of the box ideas. I feel supported in my work and value the input of my team. Something that's a little different than other places I've worked is the opportunity to join "working groups" outside of my regular role, which lets me explore projects related to my interests and grow professionally. Overall, it's a supportive workplace where I take pride in the customers we serve, the work we do, and the people I work with. I appreciate how there is continual reflection on ways the company can improve, grow, and support their employees.
Cons
There are pain points with any employer. The difference is management continues to strive to change any issues and listens to feedback openly.
