Pros
You get thrown into the fire and learn as you go. Great for people who like the fast paced, hands on experience and are willing to give it their all. If you want experience, come here. However, if you're not willing to be in a 'boot-camp' situation, then don't come here.
Cons
There is no concept of 'work-life-balance'. You are working 50+ hours a week, even if you are scheduled for 40. No additional benefits- half day Fridays, extra vacation days, over-time pay. If you come in during the weekend, you are still expected to come during the week. You don't get to have your own two-cents put into a project, so I wouldn't recommend Aref for a senior or even intermediate level.
