      Pros

      Fantastic hospitality projects Team that I am working with very supportive. I'm learning lots from the senior designers. I enjoy the hybrid working having 2 days remote. We have had some recent visits to suppliers and art galleries in work time !

      Low number of projects hopefully more for next year

      Pros

      Good people around, some fun activities. Most of the time working atmosphere was good.

      Cons

      No pay rises, bonuses were rubbish, if any. Management wasn't good- very old-fashioned, and didn't listen to anyone but themselves.
