Pay and benefits are well below industry average. You will never get a raise. The system they use is really outdated (DOS) and their programs are all really old (running on Microsoft 2007 or older). So, when you go to your next job you won't know any of the current programs and will be pretty behind. There are a lot of big egos in upper management so it was difficult to make any efficient changes. You would think that it's easier to make changes in a small company because there aren't as many people that need to approve them but that isn't the case here. Overall, the company is really outdated and stuck in their old ways. There also wasn't much room for career advancement here unless you were senior level. A promotion was basically a title change but the duties were the same.
