      There are no pros to this company.

      Cons

      They have no focus and direction. Grind and drain staff to the ground. Slave driver mentality Management are rude and obnoxious They expect you to work 90 hour weeks on a small salary. Their business direction is unclear and they are unwilling to listen to any suggestions or change.

      Great people! Great rewards and internal events to attend

      Cons

      The industry can be very demanding, a few late nights. The workload comes in peaks and troughs sometimes your not very busy and others you can't tear yourself away from your desk.

      The great social aspects - everyone was friendly and had fun while also working hard.

      Cons

      The restructuring and fine was a difficult time for everyone but that should be in the past now
