Nothing bad to say about this company!

Leadership is consistent with Tim H still in charge post Omnicom takeover. Clear communication from agency leadership, which is nice, considering Omincom "town halls" are just suits spouting buzzwords. If you are billable, it looks for now like you won't be fired. Just keep in mind you are a row on a spreadsheet and stay 100% billable every f-ing day and you'll be ok. Work life balance is ok, as there is are good efforts made to adequately staff the work and control client overreach.

Everyone's a VP. A select cadre maintain a tight grip on creative work. Quality is maintained, but surprisingly not a great place to grow creatively unless you are one of the "chosen." You need a thick skin in terms of your creative work.
