Pros
Honestly-I can't even think of any pros. The rate of turnover is astounding...primarily because either 1) the talented employees realize within a week what kind of an environment it is and get out of there or 2) they fire you for stapling a paper the wrong way.
Cons
You never know from one day to the next whether or not you'll have a job. If you get put on a performance plan you better have another job lined up. The culture is beyond cut throat. I do not understand how this company is still in business. You cannot maintain a solid foundation when you have 300% turnover every 6-9 months.
