- They will lay you out in a blink without any reason - It is Family, in cycles business, if you are not connected you are out regardless of your talent or hard work - When they hire high executive be aware they the person will layoff everyone under his/her report and bring his own team, it becomes their toxic colture - Dirty contracts from IT vendors constantly draining money out of company not for a good service but for their connections into the managment, it feels like an ATM machine for the circle.
