Pros
Good benefits, loyal to employees, management is fair to all. I worked there for 20 years. When the oilfield turned down, they struggled to keep employees while other companies were laying off. They waited as long as they could before having to make cuts.
Cons
They seem to be top heavy in areas where less (or more competent) people could do the job. Could listen to middle management better.
