Amazing boutique properties that are extremely unique. There is lots and lots of potential for these hotels to be a huge success.

Complete and total mismanagement of people, culture, and processes. Ownership and upper management have zero hospitality experience and has NO understanding of the industry. As a result, they hire more like-minded management with equal inexperience. There is zero development opportunities here unless you make it for yourself. If you make a mistake, you will never be coached, only reprimanded. The treatment of people is an utter disgrace. Unless you like to be told what to do, by people who have zero experience or knowledge in your area, I would pass and move on.

There is a lot. Upper management is top heavy. Not enough people that have actually worked in Hotels. Constantly no clear direction on vision and hard workers go unnoticed and under appreciated.
