They are very accommodating, value good work/life balance, there are many learning opportunities and ways to grow in the company, and with good pay and benefits.

The office is quite corporate, a bit stale feeling though I wouldn't say it's necessarily cold. You will find friends who share similar interests. They could add a bit more personality to the physical office, we are supposed to be architects after all!
