You can be asked to leave anytime—no warning, no clarity, just vibes. • Feedback culture is “character building”—read: seniors can be unnecessarily rude, and if something goes wrong, it somehow becomes your fault (welcome to being the newest scapegoat). • Reasons for termination are optional. Transparency isn’t really part of the process, and neither is fair compensation for days already worked. • Professionalism and ethics seem flexible depending on the situation—which can be… unsettling, to say the least. • The firm’s online presence is polished and impressive, but the internal work environment feels like a completely different story—less “design studio,” more “survival test.”
