Very nice people, try their best to put new faces in the company and ever-changing to protect their employees.

Very clicky company will fire you just cause I don’t like you. Aren’t willing to train properly have a terrible training program that makes no sense for the job. Their HR and management do not care about you or any of the things you do outside of work. Very fake and pretend to like you.

I believe the President and Ops Mgr really want things to be better and work very hard for the company themselves, but aren’t sure how to change things.

Toxic work environment. Lots of turn over except for the core few, typically termination is what happens and that’s scary to the employees that are left. I think people feel that they want to grow with the company and are lead to feel that they will, but are then held back due to lack of trust or treated poorly when personal feelings get in the way. There is a lot of rash decision making in some ways and in other ways, they let people stay for years who are not contributing positively to the environment.
