Pros
+ some of the co-workers here are amazing + some of the leadership are well-rounded architects in both design and technical excellence + would recommend for employees with less than 2 years experience + some fun projects to work on
Cons
- departmental organization means lack exposure to the entire process necessary for emerging professionals - revolving door (even consultants point it out) - lots of HR fiascos covered up in the name of the firm's optics - consistently poor communication / absent leadership - mgmt routinely overburdens specific employees at 55-60 hrs while letting others coast at 32 and 40 hrs for months - several employees in leadership have a derogatory attitude towards emerging professionals, while ironically appropriating and then implementing ideas for company policy/standards/design from said newer/younger employees - some leadership recite revisionist histories to avoid accountability for past toxic/unprofessional behaviors("the high turnover is just a coincidence and everyone else is to blame")
