Pros

There are some good people trapped there

Cons

Note how most positive reviews for this engineering company are from part-time administrative staff. It is inexcusable for a company this small to have such bad communication. Constantly looking for new contracts and new talent rather than focusing on completing existing contracts and investing in existing talent. No clear lines of communication. Vindictive management.

Pros

Pay was good. That's the only good thing.

Cons

I strongly recommend reading all reviews carefully before considering employment here. My experience was extremely negative, both culturally and operationally. This was one of the most dysfunctional and unhealthy work environments I’ve ever been in. The culture felt disorganized and unpredictable, and communication across teams was consistently poor. In my experience, transparency and professionalism were not prioritized, and decisions often seemed abrupt and inconsistent. Leadership was heavily involved in day-to-day matters, and the style of communication from the top often left employees feeling talked down to or on edge. Many of us frequently felt that feedback was delivered in a harsh or disrespectful manner, and the overall environment felt tense. Turnover was extremely high during my employment, with employees leaving or being let go regularly, which contributed to low morale. Workplace stability, employee well-being, and clear processes were ongoing concerns. I personally witnessed situations that raised serious safety questions, and at one point external safety authorities were contacted to review certain conditions. This created even more stress among staff, who already felt they were walking on eggshells. Additionally, I observed commitments being made to customers or partners that did not align with what internal teams were realistically able to support. This mismatch created confusion, frustration, and a great deal of pressure on employees. Overall, the environment was not healthy, consistent, or sustainable in my experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering a position here to carefully weigh the concerns shared by many former employees.
