      Pros

      Good reputation in water sector. Dynamic organization, allows you to chart your own course with career path. Does not alot of formal structure/ hierarchy.

      Cons

      Lack of structure becomes difficult to navigate if you want promotions or advancement. It all comes down to who you know at a high level. Recent merger with ARCADIS in the works, alot of uncertainty what that will mean for staff.
