Pros

Great brand with strong values at the core Open / flexible working is highly encourages Diverse team Some really interesting projects

Cons

Clique and favouritism culture in the Business Transformation team is out of control - senior leaders are lost in their efforts to sort the issue they have caused. Certain people are 'appointed' in to role without consideration of anyone else. Recently across the team several incidents of discrimination from racial, gender and age related perspectives which just seem to be brushed under the rug. During COVID absolutely no chance of promotion as the process is paused and 'under review', despite strong financial performance and people working tirelessly to keep selling / delivering. Linked to clique / favouritism, is that project work is totally under appreciated. Internal work is valued much higher than client work, when the promotion process re-opens, it is likely those that were 'picked' for important internal roles will be first in line.
