In the past 15 months, this company has gone through 4 rounds of lay-offs. They've gone from once every 6 months, to once every 3 months and they keep claiming, "we have to tun a profit faster," while completely ignoring that the product is incomplete, and leadership is clueless. They lack emotional intelligence and don't inspire ANYONE to close deals, bring no value and simply don't listen. How do you expect your employees to perform well when they're constantly worrying about being let go in the next round of layoffs? After 4 rounds of layoffs, don't you think leadership is the problem, not bottom of the totem pole employees? Don't work here, please.
