The most flexible job I’ve ever had Actual work/life balance Your managers are your friends and care about you President is a genuine caring leader Everyone is friendly Great pay and commission Great benefits Work from home two days Fun events and marketing Updated equipment Trusted to handle things on your iwn without someone hovering over you or tracking numbers

Cons

Not really a con but you are 24/7 during winters for emergency calls but your managers support you and your vendors help out as much as they can !
