      Pros

      Mangement cares about things like employee safety (if the weather is bad WFH is an option) The Healthcare offers pricing based on the tier of your salary (this is something more places should do and really impressed me). The people/department I work with are and extremely dedicated and talented bunch of people. Everyone cares about the job they do.

      Cons

      The list is short. I would like to see more outside of the box thinking and solutioning. But that is a culture thing and just a preference of mine, not really a con.

      Pros

      Hybrid work schedule was nice.

      Cons

      Upper management is clueless to the daily operations of their staff and refuse to listen to the experts in their fields. Pay is low compared to other companies in the same industry. Respect is non existent if management doesn’t “like you”. At one point before I left, I was waking up with so much anxiety that I would throw up daily. This place isn’t good for mental health.
