Stay Away - Anonymous employee Arbor Realty Trust Employee Review

Just about everything minis above! I debating posting for several weeks. I strongly urge you to stay away from this company. Senior management needs to make drastic changes and become more realistic. Your job shouldn’t be more important than your family, health, or wellbeing. That’s what they expect. Work life balance doesn’t exist then. Potential to be a good company, but I don’t see the changes required to do so happening. Keep looking and take a pass here. Don’t settle nowhere is perfect but this isn’t the place you’ll wanna be.
