Entrepreneurial; flexible; NY based HdQtrs; Focuses on driving a new strong culture; Cares about its most precious resources, employees...especially the revenue generators. The opportunities presented are great for the Originators from open geographies, to many lines of products and services available to fulfill their clients' needs, as well as great benefits.
Cons
Old/past reputation still lingers in the marketplace, which is unfortunate because Arbor is a company that is renewing it's culture and engaging its employees.
