I don’t know what to put for cons… This is what I have for pros Arbor Lodging was one of the most supportive work environments I’ve experienced. Leadership is approachable, and is genuinely invested in employee development. I appreciated the open communication from management and the clear expectations set at every level. There’s a strong focus on both guest satisfaction and employee well-being, which creates a positive, motivating atmosphere. I had the privilege of working under Jason Shirley during my time at Arbor Lodging, and I can confidently say they are one of the most effective and inspiring leaders I’ve ever worked with. Jason always made me feel valued and heard.

Benefit packages were not the best. Definitely need improvement
