Pros
You will more than likely have great coworkers at entry-level positions, people are very friendly.
Cons
Upper management will fire people without warning to try an avoid having them file sexual harassment against someone. And if there’s any sort of harassment, they will do as much as possible to sweep it under the rug or keep it out of HR. The upper management only cares about their own jobs, not the wellbeing of employees and the actual culture. At one point, we were asked to provide a list of our stressors, anything big and small, and the ONLY item that was addressed was the size of the mousepads. Not the lack of coverage for employees that wanted to take vacation, not the want for more training and education, the mousepads. They love to preach “Doing the Right Thing”, but don’t do the right thing.
