Pros

Because of the incredible people on my team and a few others, this was my favorite jobs. The team executed absolutely top-tier campaigns and are some of the best I've ever worked with. It’s unfortunate to see the team no longer intact.

Cons

Recent layoffs following the executive orders impacted Arbinger. While I understand that layoffs are sometimes necessary, the process felt unstructured and left many employees feeling uncertain and concerned. Arbinger attracts talented and capable employees, but leadership struggles to fully trust their teams, often relying on established methods and favoring familiar voices. This approach limits innovation and adaptability, even when data supports new directions. As a result, the company can feel resistant to change, impacting its ability to respond to evolving markets. Conversations with leadership are challenging. Employees often encounter "soft behaviors" (avoiding feedback) or "hard behaviors" (dismissiveness). In meetings and public settings, leadership's nonverbal cues and reactions can come across as dismissive, which greatly reduces psychological safety. Fostering a more supportive and receptive environment would help employees feel more comfortable sharing ideas and feedback. This is compounded as constructive feedback is limited and criticism is instead filtered through intermediaries, making it difficult for employees to improve or even understand expectations. Accountability is another area for growth, as leadership is often underprepared for big commitments. This can lead to a culture of blame-shifting rather than transparent problem-solving. Additionally, career advancement can feel influenced by internal dynamics, where opportunities are linked to one's alignment with key decision-makers rather than merit. This dynamic can affect employee morale and the willingness to go against the grain.

Pros

The team's synergy was unparalleled. Values alignment all-around. The company practiced what they preached in terms of an outward mindset. I resonated strongly with the company's mission. Great feedback loop from management.

Cons

Unsure if any of these have improved since I left: Male-dominated leadership. Strong opportunity to expand strategic decision-making, streamlined processes, and automation. Unclear growth paths.

Pros

Arbinger has profoundly changed my perspective on workplace culture. From day one, it's been clear that this organization stands out for its authentic and deeply caring leadership. The leaders at Arbinger don't just talk about the values they teach—they live them. It's inspiring to see leadership so genuinely invested in the growth and well-being of their people. One of the most striking aspects of the Arbinger culture is the emphasis on. People are focused and hard working for sure, but my manager has really helped me grow and that’s been true for the people around me too. The environment fosters open dialogue where everyone feels encouraged to share their ideas and feedback. It’s rare to find a company where you can feel like you truly belong and are seen as both a person and a professional. The culture here is also incredibly fun and upbeat. There’s a real sense of energy and enthusiasm and it’s a place where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. Whether it's through team-building events or our regular team meetings (I’m remote), the atmosphere is always positve, which makes it easy to stay engaged and motivated. I’ve really appreciated that people are encouraged to think outside the box while still staying true to the core principles that make Arbinger unique. What stands out most about my time at Arbinger is the sense of being seen and supported. For the first time in my career, I feel like my personal and professional growth is genuinely valued. There’s a deep commitment to helping employees develop not only their skills but who they are and that holistic approach makes a big difference .

Cons

2+ years in and I haven't experienced a downside yet.
