Dear Former Agent,
We appreciate the time you were with us! Unfortunately, I believe your knowledge is limited in agent compensation practices, but thank you for bringing up the opportunity to speak about Arbie's pay structure verse the industry's.
Arbie is an investment firm which compensates agents based on both a weekly performance bonus's and deal milestone basis, BEFORE closings occur. This means that Arbie absorbs the risks of failed and lost investment dollars if deals do not monetize. This is vastly different that the standard real estate agent compensation policy which is that agents are paid zero until the deal closes. This causes the agent to absorb all of the risk of failed deals which why it is difficult for Agents to survive in this industry, not to mention the timing of cash flow issues this causes the agents.
Through Arbie's best-in-class, proprietary technology (which is sought after by other companies) and training that we offer agents, there is no guess work as to what is a good investment opportunity verses a bad one. This maximizing time and effort for agents offering a superior advantage to our agents allowing them to produce more volume, hence per deal compensation is not a good metric of comparison. Arbie agents complete 20-30 deals per year, while other agents complete 8-12/year.
Arbie's pay structure has clarity, rewards performance, and maintains an incentive to push yourself. Agents who have consistent and above-average performance earn from $65,000 - 110,000/yr. Everyone is paid according to an easy to measure compensation scale which eliminates anxiety and lack of clarity.
If you are considering becoming an agent with Arbie, I encourage you to compare the total package Arbie offers verse any other investment firm.
