- low salary - no diversity and inclusion initiatives - unqualified leadership who are at times defensive and want to maintain control of nearly everything, although they are inexperienced - no desire to hear opinions or perspectives throughout the organization, if you disagree with a decision you will face the consequences - leadership are quick to criticize and are not willing to help anyone improve, are not able to articulate improvements that need to be made - general sense of group think and cliques - no concern or support over those who communicate they are experiencing mental health issues - product is outdated and no products or features have been released in over 2 years, product is not competitive - revenue has been declining for over a year, which means salaries and benefits are stagnant - no work life balance, bosses follow you on social media and try to be your friend - no strategic plan or priorities, - growth “opportunities” don’t come with a pay increase
