      Pros

      Free meal if you work more than 5 hours. Can watch the concerts and games when you clock out. Vouchers for free food for guests if you ask concessions management. Concessions and warehouse departments are the heart and soul of this place. People in these departments look out for you and want the best for everyone.

      Cons

      Little to no training. Whenever there is a problem, nothing is done to fix it. HR is unwilling to order a new supply of sizes of uniforms for new event staff hires. Company is so cheap that they've cut down even on supervisors' hours and constantly understaff each event and game. Lack of communication from HR to employees. The work environment is very much like high school where anyone will rat you out for no reason.

      Pros

      Travel opportunities. Former corporate management was extremely supportive and good to work with. Free food. Free drama.

      Cons

      Work life balance. Don’t be a mother to young children if you want to work here. Verbal communication vs. what you get in an email will be contradictory….the gaslighting was unbelievable. Digital metric systems put in place by new corporate management has taken all the creativity and actual management out of the job. Will be mad at you if you don’t make the numbers they want to see, but will provide zero guidance on how best to do so. Hours were extremely long in order to complete all job responsibilities. New upper management is inflexible to specific account needs. Each account is different. HR does not help you - they protect the company. If you need to terminate an employee - they make it impossible.
