Car allowance and gas card. Management will leave you alone if you are making your one sale a week.
Cons
Not much training, low base salary for the amount of time you have to wait to get paid out on accounts you sell and the high activity metrics you have the hit or management will question you, micro managers, company has a bad reputation in the service we are expected to sell, management has the ultimate say if they want to service the account you sold, no chance in making money they promise on interview.
