Lots of freedom, great entry level sales experience, thorough training, opportunity for handsome commissions, opportunity for growth all over the country if you perform
Cons
constantly changing structure in management and sales teams, compensation plan has recently changed for the worse, the service we sell is often sub par, extreme corporate greed at a high level (pointless layoffs, arbitrary price increases on existing customers which result in the sales rep looking dishonest)
