Micro managerial , standards and commitment required do not reflect salary, general stressed atmosphere. Also very intense hard work though this isn't necessarily a problem unless you're being shouted at or condescended for doing your best. Expected to respond to messages and read lengthy emails / updated between shifts at hours such as 10pm on a regular basis.
