Great organization with very skilled and experienced management staff and a President that has and does contribute to the success of the staff as much as he does to the company. They allow staff opportunity to contribute and make decisions within a strong standard process and procedure system, we are encouraged to have own initiatives and they support you with investment and training. Team is extremely motivated, more than I have seen anywhere, and always growing and very professional and ethical. There is always new objectives to push better service and technology - overall very exciting environment and very challenging. True family environment with hands on owner who wants staff to succeed and treats staff like family and is admired. Top performers here are very well rewarded, and that motivates the like minded, but if you are not wanting to contribute and grow, you will struggle here.
Cons
Only limitation for the company's growth is finding more truly motivated and loyal staff that truly want to grow and contribute to something for the benefit of the company and themselves. Benefit program is good but could improve with more investment towards a pension or RRSP contribution plan. .
