      No growth, No work life balance, No job security,No perks, No much salaries, All are cons only, Even if you work daily till 11PM or 12 PM, No recognition and rewards

      Very healthy and inclusive work culture Supportive & encouraging manager/ peers Work life balance is great!

      You need to be adaptable, flexible as things are always changing. Not really a con but something to note.
