Pay and work were reasonable, no problems with owners or supervisors

Co workers who have been there for years complain constantly about the job/their pay without bringing their concerns to management or doing anything about them.

People are nice and make working there rewarding. Managment is luck of the draw, some are more patient than others. Laid back culture and independence given to perform daily tasks.

Extreme lack of communication as far as turnaround times for projects. Will often overload work orders to make more commission. CEO is absent most of the time and pops in every so often to swing it around. Pay is uniquely negotiated and as a result the salaries can vary wildly between employees regardless of experience or degree. Very high turnover rate. Weekend works is not uncommon as well as long hours. Worklists can seem like they are neverending and as if nothing is accomplished.
