When I had joined the company there were several good seniors and they were crucial to the company. Slowly though, almost everyone has left ill treated and fed up of the company.
Cons
Worked here for 2 years and I don't know a single ex employee who would say anything positive about this company. I resigned from the company after delayed salaries for several months and denial of substantial retention bonus, which was a major reason for staying in the company for another year. Inspite of a signed agreement with the company the CEO just verbally told me they are denying it and "do whatever you want." When I demanded a response to my emails he said I will get my reply but deactivated my email id before I could get to my desk. I literally cant make this stuff up. Relocated twice, worked on holidays, when I was on leave, even when I was visiting home and believed all their lies over and over again. No appreciation whatsoever for working on holidays or overtime. Dont expect comp offs or respect. They think no one is going to file a case against them because it is a long tedious process and they have been right till now. Before you sign the bond and join you are lied to about job roles and projects and later you are forced to write fake positive reviews. Save yourself. Don't regret joining these frauds like me.
