      Pros

      1-Definitely flexible when it comes to an employee needing to attend to family obligations. 2-There is always something new and challenging occurring. 3- Literal open door policy at all levels of management. 4- What the company does is great and needed for the environment. 5- Growth is inevitable.

      Cons

      1- comp & benefits are not comparable with larger companies, but it's small at 100 employees 2- senior leaders avoid accountability and pass the blame instead of owning the issue, fixing it, then moving on 3- communication 4- very few female leaders, but at least more than in the past 5- a little too casual

      Pros

      So far so good.The managers and supervisors are friendly and knowledgeable as well as the employees.

      Cons

      None so far really other then a little walk from the parking lot hasn’t rained yet so that will be a little hiccup but nothing major.
