      Pros

      The benefits are good enough. Good coworkers. Company vehicle.

      Cons

      You get very little training, and given routes that aren't realistic without taking breaks. Sales people over sale and overcharge giving customers unrealistic expectations. The corporate culture feels like a cult. You can make good money when it's busy but the stress isn't worth it. Never make plans.There's no room for advancement.

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
